Personally I’m a big fan of NPP. I have a great feeling a moderate doses of deca but I don’t have much water retention with NPP and feel great.

Neither . Each one is better for the persons needs. (my politician answer) .

I prefer Deca for Mass & Stregth and my joints/recovery aren’t as bad . NPP is the shit too
