You’ll probably hold some water, but most of it will come from the 500 mg test, not the NPP. NPP at 300 mg (split M/W/F) is relatively mild for water retention and is much “drier” than Deca. If water shows up, it’s usually estrogen‑related from the test, plus diet factors like carbs and sodium. Overall, NPP won’t make you blow up... test is the main driver.

If you’re really worried about holding water, just toss in some Mast to dry it up a bit.

I agree with this here. Mast is a must have when I run Test & NPP. Very good synergy with these 3 compounds.

Right on. Whenever I run deca or NPP I use the Nuticost P5P off Amazon. I used it when running Tren but it didn’t help much so I did have to use caber 2Xs per week along with Aromasin 2Xs per week.

People taking Test get worried about water retention they get off nandrolone :)
 
500 test, 300 NPP, and 200 EQ here. Dosing all EOD and I don’t feel like I’m holding anymore water than expected from the mg of test I’m running. NPP is great for lean gains, obviously as previously stated, diet dependent.
