I got shoulder bursitis and a very small partial rotator cuff tear. It’s been around two months and the tear has healed. But I still have a bit of inflammation from the bursitis. Was wondering what a good dose for npp would be. Been taking BPC and TB as well.

You're gonna get more.out of the BPC. The so-called "joint relief" of Nandrolone is a much debated topic. I have terrible shoulder joints and have run NPP up to 400mg and didnt notice a single change. Currently running 300mg with as much pain as ever before. It seems to be more user-related than dose-related. Some swear by it, other claims its placebo. We all will agree on the BPC being the best and thats the one thing that will actually bring me relief. If you wanted to try, you could start around 150-200mg NPP and see how it goes. Keep your expectations realistic because nothing is going to be a miracle cure. Good luck. Hope it works for you, but it really depends on the person.

100%.

Also, if you fall into the category of those who get relief from npp and choose to go that route, be careful when training as I've read of many who notice their pain is worse once they come off.

This is absolutely true. I'm one who actually does get relief from Nandrolone for my shoulders (one replaced, one on the way). However, it masks the pain so you possibly won't feel the damage you add to it pushing through thinking everything is ok. If you have issues with certain ROM now, make sure you don't incorporate those movements while using the compound. I get relief with as little as 60-100mg. That's the typical "therapeutic" range.

Have you looked into kpv for this? I'd personally run this on the higher dosage along with the bpc and tb4.

Do inject IM into the pain area ?

Like do you inject IM into the shoulder for the benefits

Not for the benefits say like BPC 157. Nandrolone is systemic. Just inject IM as you normally would. I happen to like to inject it in my delts because it's a small amount of oil but not because it increases the effectiveness.

Technically they say bpc is systemic 2 but shows better results when it’s local and ok thank you bro

I have it 2 actually I just never reconstituted it as I thought bpc and tb was superior
Tb and bpc are fantastic on healing. Kpv is king for reducing inflammation.

If you look a little further on it, kpv actually blocks the KFkB signaling pathway, so it directly dampens the inflammatory signal your hurt area is sending out.

It's synergy with bpc and tb. They will heal and kpv will allow them to work even better.

I actually just started KPV at 500mcg per day. What are you taking? This one is new for me.. Taking it along side TB 500 and BPC 157.
1000mcg daily kpv. Also with the tb and bpc. Higher doses due to acl reconstruction surgery healing. Keeping that PT swelling down!

Works wonders.

Thanks brother. That's what I'll do. Former physical therapist here (outpatient orthopedics) and saw my fair share of those acl reconstructions. It's a process my man but you have to stick with it. Just keep it moving and listen to your body, not the ego lol. Get well soon 💪🏻

I never noticed a large decrease in joint pain with NPP. More prominent with deca IMO
Same 100%
I usually add in 100mg deca a week just for some relief.
NPP even at highish doses didn't work for joint pain.

Nandrololone definitely helps with joint relief. I would go with deca over npp however. 200-300mg is a sweet spot. I just simply use 40mg ED.
