52 yr old male, 5’7”, 150 lbs. Looking for something “modest” to start with and considering LGD 4033 vs MK 677? Concerned about RAD because of the acne it causes. I lift weights 6 days a week and do cardio 6-7 days a week. Have great stamina from years of Ironman and Triathlon training but want to add bulk so don’t think I need Cardarine. Also, between MK 677 and LGD 4033, which is more likely to produce muscle gains I am likely to keep if I continue to work out aggressively? I’ve read MK causes gains through bloating but also does help pack on muscle.
Any recommendations? Any views on Prime Sports Nutrition for supplements?
