Ok been cruising at 200mgs of test only for 6 months now. Current weight 185. Just did blood work and everything is spot on. Cholesterol 170, BP 108/63, kidney and liver function normal, complete blood count normal, PSA normal range, sugar normal and did a colonoscopy last month which was good and not due for another one in 10 years.

I will be putting the next cycle together shortly. It will 100% include primo and test. Rest I have to figure out. Goal is to stay lean 180-181 range. Some of you might say you are already at 185 that should be easy. Not really since year around I eat extremely clean and my bodyfat is low already. At age 59 trying to preserve as much muscle as possible.

You're already damn lean...what's your bf? Why not puting on lean muscle mass? If you level up the test and add some primo I guess you'll add weight...and if your diet is on point (what I'm pretty sure it is) you'll look amazing with 200lbs (for example).

Thanks my brother. I am always below 12% and show time in single digits. My ideal weight is always 180 range. Been athlete all my life and coach college soccer and football. My all time favorite bodybuilder Frank Zaine. He won Olympia three times at 185 pounds. I always do low gear under 300. Never had torn muscles or tendon issues and I contribute that to low dosage, tons of cardio and not lifting heavy. The weight and staying lean is perfect for my life style. Thank you.

People have no idea what a true 8, 12, 15, 20% bf looks like. That's why they always under estimate it.
Very true. It is a huge difference when I get on stage at 5% to 6%. You can see every saturations and separation of all muscles. I am guessing 12% might even be higher. Funny thing is I have three college kids and they have never seen me without a six pack LOL.

Thank you my brother. You be surprised the difference between single and double digit bodyfat. I see sometimes brothers post pics and say their body fat is like 12% and I am like no more like 20%. It takes a while to figure it out. After 30 years doing this I think I kind of finally got it.
 
People need to listen to @Wiseguy I don't know why it's so hard to understand that you grow the same amount of muscle in a small caloric surplus as a larger one.
I never in my life gained more than 5 pounds of solid weight. Cycles are usually between 8 to 12 weeks and under 300mg. Getting off is very easy and hardly any sides. I use dry compounds only. Not fan of Deca, dbol, anadrol or anything that puts on water weight. I rather put on solid 2-5 pounds of muscle and keep it. The trick is longevity and patients. Look at Frank Zaine. In his 70s and still looks great and functioning. Look at all the other guys that abuse the drugs and fall apart by the time they are 50.

Anyway to each his own. I never tell people what to do. Do what works for you. My plan works for me.

Its an on going process my friend. Have to be patient and let the process work. Biggest mistake I see is guys take more and more gear to get results faster. Yes, you might be getting short term better results but long term health is what you need to worry about.
 
It is crazy but impossible to maintain. 10 to 12 is doable but I work hard to get it down to single digits specially for my age.

All protein, fats and green vegetables.

No sugar or carbs. I am just used to it. Not a diet just my life style. Fortunately I don’t have sweet tooth
