I was looking at my prescription trt vial and it has a 6 month dispose time date. This is test c 200mg hope this helps

I would definitely divide it up. I found that every other day works best for me. I currently do 40mg Test Cyp every other day. It helps keep my estrogen from spiking. If every other day seems too much, then at least start with 3 times a week. I'm talking TRT and not blasting.
