Hi. This will be my first time taking anything like this for weight loss and wanted to make sure this sounded right. I need to loose weight obviously but my biggest struggle is that when I get sleepy at night my brain equates that to hunger. This causes a large amount of unplanned night eating that makes diets really hard. Because I’m half asleep and not using my full brain I will eat anything. So I plan to take 2.5 mg weekly to see how it goes. I have a 15mg bottle so if I take 1/6 of it that would be 2.5mg.
