thnx for the invite heavyiron.i don't post much over at ironmag but am a huge part of the bodybuilding community forums.in fact too many and had to start selecting the ones that give me the most info with the least drama.place looks like an excellent forum for one to learn and that's what i look for.to learn,teach and share experience.glad to be here...
