Hello, I’m new to GH. I’m wanting to start around 2-3iu and maintain that for as long as I can. At least 12 months. I want to see the benefits.
A couple questions.

What exactly is the dimer and related proteins you sometimes see in jano test?
(I understand its impurities within the products, but what is it?)
What is dimer?
What is related proteins?

Is most non pharmaceutical HGH 191 or 192? And can you tell a difference?

What to look for in a quality product?

If the dimer is higher is it necessarily worse than other products? Could it still have quality GH and they just add this dimer?

Any information would be good. I understand how to run it and what to expect. Just need some help with understanding the quality, test results, what to look for in quality, potential additives, and how to tell what is a decent product compared to a lesser product. Also is the jano test percentage everything or could a 94-96% product be better the a 98-99% because of the quality?

dimer is when 2 hgh molecules clump together. It’s less effective than single protein GH and can cause immune reactions like hives in high levels.

You can absolutely still have good GH with Dimer but you want it as low as possible if not 0. But a dimer that’s .1-.2% isn’t really going to be the end of the world.

99.999999% of GH is 191. 192 was the OG synthesized iirc and it had a whole slew of issues. Synthesizing methods made it hard to remove E. coli. Your body can develop antibodies to it making it less effective, the risk of those antibodies then attacking your natural HGH was a concern as well.

If there is still somatrem out there, I’ve never seen or heard of it. But someone might be making it…although with the modern 191 version and the “ease” of making it (since it’s so prevalent nowadays) there’s no point.

Higher purity is going to give you more bang for your buck. I can’t imagine a scenario where 94% would be more effective than 98% because the purity isn’t the purity of individual molecules…which is what affects the body. It’s not like comparing protein in collagen protein vs whey protein where one is inferior to the other. I would liken it to comparing a 10oz ribeye to a 9oz ribeye with a handful of kale.

they’ll both fill you up but do you really want to eat kale instead of an extra ounce of steak?
