Hello all. I've been training for about 14 years or so. The past couple years I've "maintained" mostly, after illness and a subsequent injury. Now, I've decided I want to take my training intensity back up.
I haven't "ventured to the dark side" in a while, but may do it again, soon. This seems to be a good place to talk about who is good to deal with and who isn't, if I decide to go back there.
