I’ve been on and off from the lifestyle for about 11 years now. Just these past 2 years I’ve been taking it pretty seriously with a few ups and downs however I feel like I’ve made some pretty solid gains. I want to dabble, and I am seriously considering competing. However I know nothing in this area and I’m just looking for general advice. I am getting my bloodwork done this weekend which I’ve been told to do that before anything many times by multiple individuals so that’s my first priority however I wanted info on what a good cycle for a first timer would be? Below is an old photo of my younger days back in my 20s when we all were able to just eat anything and build muscle lol the one to with color is a more recent photo bout a weeks old. Took a lot of effort and dieting to get here and still feel small
