I saw a mention of this the other day online.

Tom Hardy is one of my favorite actors and he killed in Legend (playing both brothers was CRAZY talented), and Lawless so I'm excited to watch him in another gangster roll. He fits them so well, even his role in Peaky Blinders while limited was great.

Looking through his history, I forgot how many great movies he's been in.

I dug on the Bikeriders and I can recite lines from Lawless I’ve seen it so much.
The Revenant was almost hard to watch it was so good.

Watched "Man on the Run"

Pretty good. I'm sure stories like this happen all the time, especially in the US and never get any air time or investigated.
 
Watched “The Parenting” yesterday. Wasn’t what I thought but it definitely made me laugh out loud a few times. Quality actors too. Not bad.
 
Boy I watched a real motherfucker today. The Lady in the Yard. Starts out as a pretty cool keep ya guessing type thing for the first hour. Then all of a sudden it gets way fucking weird and I didn’t know what the fuck was even going on. The End? Fucking forget about it. Maybe the whole thing was just over my head. If you can understand it I’d bet it’s actually a pretty good watch. For me not so much.
 
Watched the Working Man. If you’re into the typical Jason Strathom (or whatever his name is) kick ass type movie then it’s a solid 2 hours. Action is really good but it’s the same good guy beats up bad guys type shit. It’s gotten boring plus I hate movie fights so it’s hard for me to watch too many of these without getting burnt out.

I found that a few weeks ago just looking for something to watch and saw it had one of the boondock saints (Sean Patrick Flanery) in it so decided to watch it. It turned out to be a pretty good movie. He did really good playing that part.

Yeah i never played the video game its based on but the first season was pretty damn good and ive watched a few of season 2 and its not the same, usually never is

I know that abby the one who killed joel, is basically being hunted by lesbo’z now and there maybe some fucken between some chicks and they are now up against the wolf’s who are an entire state basically so they will both eventually die…

Other than that… thats the end haha

I sometimes watch YT channels cover some anime, but don’t actively watch any. I like how they can go beyond normal fiction limitations into Sci-fi and even more absurdity. It’s also why some people are turned off by it, and I guess the art style too, which for me is a bonus bc some have extremely high quality animations.
 
I just watched episodes 1-5 of Black Mirror yesterday and episode 1 should be must watch for anyone, including high school students. It’s on the level of Pride and Prejudice, A Tale of Two Cities, Macbeth, and How I Met Your Mother (obvious joke autists). But really, it was quite good and irritated me to no end with…well, I won’t spoil.

Episode 2 was OK halfway when I thought I knew where it was going, but the reveal was too absurd, but yeah I guess I get what they’re going for and it’s just stupid fun. Could have gone a bit diff and I would have liked it more.

Episode 3 was really good. The story was sorta original, but not unlike a few past episodes in a way. Don’t want to say why bc it would reveal too much. But decent plot and acting. The end was not good.

Episode 4 was cool, but nothing incredible. I did like the callback to Colin from Bandersnatch and the manager character is fun for his one minute screen time.

Episode 5 was a mix. I’m going to say I didn’t like it. But I also can’t say it was totally dog shit. I think the idea is meh. The execution was pretty shit too. I wasn’t that won over by the big reveal or the ending. I’m talking myself into not liking it, but as much as I don’t have good things to say, my experience with it was not wholly terrible. I think the music swelling made an impact to push the story along and my near mid-life crisis on the horizon has me looking at stories with main leads like this guy as “damn I hope I’m not that guy”.

Black Mirror season four is very interesting.

It's based in the future and gets into AI and crimes committed with AI. I won't get into it too much and ruin it for you, but it's pretty nuts.

I loved that show and the randomness of every episode, not having a clue what to expect from each one.

I don’t mind the guy at all cause I’m pretty sure he’s got real background in martial arts. Same with Chuck Norris. Dude was a real deal kickboxing champ as well as a black belt in BJJ. Can’t think of any others that aren’t all bullshit.
