Coach put me on a 7 week health cycle that ended about a week and a half ago. I asked him what supps I needed for the upcoming months of cycle as I have a pro debut to do.

Coach tells me that I'm only doing a 4 week cycle right now and then jumping back on another 6-7 week health cycle...

Pro debut is in the fall. I have about 8 months to dial shit in...

Is he sabotaging me? He has over 80 clients. Doesn't respond to me until after three -Four (if I'm lucky) I feel that there is another client of his coming to my show. It's speculation for sure...but why would anyone do this type of protocol??

Hire a new coach.

If you are coming on here asking this question sounds like you have some trust issues with them. It won't work.

How’s your bloodwork? For so many health phases and what’s a 4 week cycle in between supposed to do?
My bloods were actually very very good. Problem is he didn't even look at it until I told him I got it done as it needed to be done following the completion of any health cycle.

I agree with you completely, what does a 4 week cycle do in between two 7 week health cycles. I'm getting a new coach. I already answered my question typing this shit out.

I feel dumb.

There ya go.

Future advice. Ask your coach these questions, asking anyone else is just conjecture.

I don't care who the coach is, Chris Aceto or Jim Bob the gym rat, if they are to busy to answer questions within a reasonable timeframe (mine is 24 hours) or they cant explain/give reason to why they are doing certain things, it might not be a good fit.

Your first pro show is a stressful enough time for an athlete, don't need it to be compounded with bad communication or distrust.

Really agree with you.

At the point, I have eight months. I'll get a prep coach and things should be alright.

You're right, I'm stressed the fuck out, but very excited. It's time to step up. Thanks for your input man.
