Wife is 52 and had a total hysto a few years ago. Did not know anything about HRT and her OB dr told her she would be high risk for breast cancer with it. So fast forward, wife felt like garbage ALL the time and put on a bunch of weight. She started some HRT through an Endo dr and felt amazing, lost a ton of weight, but the price of the meds were killing us. They were using compound pharmacies and would not prescribe injectables. Now, we are at a "Hormone" specialist who prescribed my wife injectable Test C and some pills, for Progesterone and Estrogen. However, my wife is again gaining weight, lower back pain, and just not feeling too great. Any advice?

ps... the sex and sex drive is amazing! :p

Hi! Does she have blood work from when she was doing hrt through the endo and bloodwork now that she is going through the hormone specialist? What test was she on before? Did they have her on a pellet? You can dm me if you would like, I can try to help 😊

Wife is two years out from a total hysto. She's back on gear. Has the lower back pain but not sure if that is related. Unfortunately no sex drive during prep or off season...lucky me(sarcasm). We just went back to what she was doing before. Doctor was aware of it and didn't tell her not to.

The struggle is real, and the information out there is inconsistent. Progesterone and test c for my wife has helped. Sourcing injectable estradiol is rough. The one vendor here who had it is out of commission. Haven’t found a replacement.
I wish you both the best!

Testosterone and estrogen need to be thru injection or transdermal. Progesterone is fine orally. Those are the three primarily prescribed for females post menopausal or hysterectomy.

Im on the pill with both estrogen & progesterone from my obgyn she never Checked any bloodwork had rash from patches so went to oral. I have all my girl parts so she only will need estrogen. But Injectable test c is what I self prescribed. Start off small dose weekly maybe just 5mg week hard to measure my hubby uses small syringes to do it. I never had testosterone levels checked if she did it be helpful for you. I feel so much better ro get some increase body hair little but face bur that was happening menopause before hrt started. Energy better fog better sleep better sex better. I
Only have blood levels test checked after starting my test Cyp. And it was about double the range of normal for my total test. wcetbody is diff when it comes to side effects and hormones. So just be super conservative to start 💪🌸

My wife is on 7.5mg per week taken 3.25 monday and 3.25 thursday, test cyp. Her estradiol is vaginal delivery, she tried patches and the other ways and it did not work for her. She has great blood work, test levels come back strong around 125. No progesterone as it was giving her headaches, now we removed it and headaches are gone. Sex drive is strong for her and energy is good. She is also on 2iu GH taken EOD. On Tirz as well, 1.5mg once a week dose. Good muscle one, improved strength. Going on 2 years, no negative side effects and all blood comes back very good. She also gained bone mass density as checked in her last bone density test, which is a good thing for a female at 55.

Lower back pain for your wife, get her blood work checked, EGFR and creatinine. See what those are at. Test typically will not cause kidney damage but is she on other medications? High sugar diet intake: donuts, coffees, etc?

How's her bloodwork look, and any thyroid numbers on there? E2 and T levels?
2iu HGH a day for females is a godsend, esp in the 40+ age range. Pretty reasonable to source that, and cost as well at only 2iu dose a day.

Assuming bloodwork levels all in range on the normal health markers, adding in 10mg cardarine and ~1.5mg to 2mg of retatrutide every 5 days, along with that HGH is a very nice stack.

Wife gets HRT through Defy (E/T/Progest), and I agree it's very expensive.
