Need a stop for acne when I’m not even doing much

Another acne question, I know.

So just doing 300mg of Test Cyp and 200 of Tren. Went well for multiple cycles and I cruised between cycles. About a year in I started getting acne on my shoulders, chest, and lower back. They were the large zits, not the bunches of small ones. I’m looking for something to take while I’m on cycle like Tamoxifen or another anti-estrogen. What will stop the acne? I have zero gyno. It’s just the acne that took almost a year to show up. Please help!

i would go this route also before trying a potentially harsh medication. I’ll still get a single spot of cystic acne, maybe 2 from time to time, but it has really helped. It took a bit to see results so try it and stay consistent with it.

You've got some good advice here.

Have you had any lab work to know what your hormones look like when you're getting the acne? High and low estrogen can cause acne as well as many other things.

I wouldn't suggest taking any sort of anti estrogen blindly.

When I've had the worst acne it was when my estrogen was to low. Crashed/low estrogen makes me breakout something awful. High estrogen can also cause acne but not so much for me specifically.

For me the best thing I can do is exfoliating my skin a couple days a wk. They make different sponge things that have a rough surface. Kinda reminds u of sand paper. You can scrub with that to remove the dead skin cells prior to doing your normal washing.

It’s just topical Accutane. Works well on smaller breakouts no doubt.

Get a long handled lufa scrubber. Accutane is harsh. The dial yellow bar cleans up skin very well because it is a antimicrobial soap. Other soaps and gels are just that... smelly lather but doesn't kill the germs. Try it.

Worse things about accutane is that it is obviously effecting my sleep and your skin is ultra sensitive, so that kind of sucks if you work outside like I do. Who knows everything that is happening internally, but it's a must for me right now.

Do not use a lufas or scrubber brush, with them they have a tendency with ripping and pulling the skin, and making micro tears, and bacteria can get inside of that and make it even worse, furthermore those lufas are notorious for having bacteria on them.

The best thing to use is your fingertips, with our fingerprints, that is enough grit that is naturally designed to be perfect for our face with the perfect grit just use that and antibacterial soap...

Dude, if your Doctor is doing it right, you need blood work just to be considered safe to use the shit.

I only did 20mg a day and thats the only side I noticed was dry lips and it drove me crazy... but I dont really notice many sides on anything yet at the doses I've done.. Even Tren the only side I really notice is I feel like im burning up most of the time.
