Well I got my TRT labs back.. I went with a clinic while I was fighting the VA and you guys helped me figure it all out.. I’m ticked that they didn’t order SHBG and I’d really like to know Prolactin

Anyway this is my 2nd lab work since starting as I was doing trt+ or a mini cycle whatever. I wanted to check things out and make adjustments which I did and it went well.

I dropped NPP @ 50mg ED 3wks before test and Var 50mg ED 8 days before the test. I took NPP 5wks, Var 3wks, and Test C 210mg/wk. dropped down too 180mg 3 wks before test.

I was trying to get a feel for the compounds and did.. Var hit my alt/ast pretty hard and lipids took a hit from pre cycle.. very happy with Test level and E2. Was easily able to feel estrogen especially with water.. On NPP and Test C sensitive E2 was at 60.. I could feel and see it but felt great.. I changed my pin schedule of TC to EOD to match NPP was doing it 2xs wk.. That did the trick. Then when NPP went away I kept going M/W/F schedule for my trt cruise that I’m cut on..

Thoughts. Good or bad. How long should I wait to for my planned cycle? Not sure if the labs are normal out of range or did a little bit of Var really get me? lol

Considering the doses you were using and the short term you were on them, many of your health markers seem exceptionally high to me.
I would wonder what caused such inflated numbers and look to your diet and life style to see if they can be managed better.
When you should get back on just depends on your comfort levels with your long term health.

Your glucose is very high, did you fast before the draw?
Considering the short time and mild compounds you were on before the draw your kidney markers are not looking good. Your EGFR, although not highlighted, is low. Your liver enzymes much higher than they should be, even on a heavy dose of NPP and a mild dose of var Do you drink alcohol? If this were me, in all honesty, and this were a mid cyvle blood draw, I would stop the cycle completely.
Whats your b.f. percentage? Height and weight? Im not trying to be negative brother, but these labs dont look good. Everything considered.
You need to hydrate more. And perhaps do a blood dump. 52% hct isnt danger zone but you want it below 50% before you start another cycle.

I appreciate the feedback.

Context is important..
This morning
6’ 206lbs
BP 105/58
HR 60bpm
BF by the mirror IDK 14–16%
Glucose 90

No alcohol
cardio 7 days a week on top of training
Very little sleep
500-1000cal deficit
Macros where they need to be
Plenty of supplements
3 months into HGH cycle currently 3.5iu/day
Reta 1mg/wk for 3wks prior to test also

No I was not fasting I live 100 miles from Lab and drank a Celsius and had a protein bar on the drive.
I was a career Infantry NCO and had a life of deployments and drank a 12 pack a night and most days ran 5miles at 6am afterwards I’ve seen worse labs..

I am pretty sensitive to any drugs hence why I’m asking. Thanks

Ok so glucose being high is explained. And possibly the high liver values if you were a heavy drinker before you may have NAFLD. Which is reversible. If youre not already start taking Tudca, Nac, Liv 52 and injectable glutathione, all basic but effective af. The reta will also knock down the fatty liver. Probably is already helping. Everything has an explanation except for the kidneys, but in all fairness an 80 EGFR, while low, isnt dangerous by itself. If youre taking creatine I would stop taking it. If youve been training like a madman lately it could account for the elevated and low kidney markers. This is all my opinion brother, and i am assuming a few details that may not be right, if its not helpful info just ignore it.

EFGR was 93 5wks ago. Thank you for pointing it out as I didn’t notice it or the change.

I have been traing like crazy for months and do take Creatine so I was looking at it from a certain POV always helps to have more eyes. Thanks

I’t does look like I should steer clear of orals so there’s that and what I was looking for.

I am concerned about my HCT it’s definitely high but always is 50-51 I live at 4k’ elevation and it only goes up around here. I have no experience with donating or the optimal time is to do so.

Well if youre in high elevation that changes things bro. Youre being at 52% is like my being at 50%. High elevation makes youre hematocrit naturally run higher. I would donate around 54-55% if I were you, some ppl may argue with me but thats my opinion.
And ya stay away from orals till you get those liver values down a little. Training/running like you are theyll probably always be borderline. But Reta is a weapon against fatty liver. Another few months of it and the right supps and youll see drastic changes, I did. Then youre menu of what to run broadens. Of I were you id stick to Test NPP and DHT derivatives for now. Good luck.
