Posted in another sub about sleep stacks as my girlfriend has issues with sleep. Both falling and staying asleep. Magnesium pre bed has helped somewhat with falling asleep but she still will wake up and toss and turn.
I mentioned I was excited for my GH to land so I could get even better sleep and she started asking questions about it (we’re trying to have a kid and she’s concerned about anything that could even remotely affect fertility negatively).
So she’s decided to give it a shot (as long as I give her the shots cuz she refuses to do it herself).
Now the question comes down to what would be a good protocol for a woman in regards to using GH for the anti aging/recovery benefit?
She’s 36, 5’0 101lbs. Trying to get her into the gym more to build some strength and muscle more so for the health benefits but I’m not interested in using her he GH for that purpose (and I’m not gonna lie to her about giving her a dose for recovery while secretly giving her more).
My understanding is women need a significantly smaller dosage due to the way their bodies produce GH vs men (I think it was like small pulses throughout the day vs a big pulse for men?)
So would a single iu be the place to start? Half an iu? I figure it’s still just a pre bed shot but I’m just trying to make sure I don’t cause any major health issues or sides
