I don't want to go into detail here about why I want to do a PCT, as I've already covered that in another post. >>>>> Click here <<<<<
I was on gear for two years and then decided to do a PCT. I'm now in my fourth week, having already completed one week on SERMs (Enclomiphene and Nolva), preceded by two weeks of HCG and HMG.
I'm also taking 4 g of taurine for the Leydig cells and have doubled my zinc supplementation. I'm continuing my HGH consumption during the PCT, approx. 6-10 IU daily.
Weight loss so far approx. 1-2 kg (2-4 lbs). Visually, I see a lot myself, but when I ask others, they don't see anything. I have tried to keep everything the same, with a diet of 3500-4000kcal at a body weight of 92/92kg (205/206lbs). Protein always above 250g daily, my training split. I still have enough power and stamina in training. Of course, I notice that some of my strength is gone, but it doesn't bother me at all. I really enjoy training itself and I'm (so far) happy with how things are going.
I wanted to share my experience here so that certain athletes can see what PCT does to you and where it leads. If desired, I will continue to report here.
My data:
Male, 40 years old, body fat measured at 10-12%
Weight 92/92 kg
