So currently I’m around 4000 cals a day.
The snacks are just smoothies that I drink inbetween meals
But this is before I take out some of the chicken I’m eating and replace it with ground turkey

It’s brutal lol I eat chicken for lunch.. chicken for dinner… they chicken eggs in the morning haha it’s like enough with the chicken for a little while 🤣

Alrighttttt. Felt fucking amazing today… I incorporated a couple bicep excercises because they’re lackin I feel like. So ganna try for 3 days a week on them. 1 full bicep day , and 2 pump days

I took half a viagra pre workout and a spoon full of Himalayan salt dry scooped the pump was perfect.

Boss man gave me a paid day off today and I’m going to get a tattoo at one so todays shaping up nicely 😋

I volunteer at a no kill shelter on wensdays. Pretty much my other therapy other than the gym …

The emu name is Elmo. They found this little fucker running down a street in center city Philadelphia about 10 years ago. Been a life long member here ever since.
