Hello all,
I've done a few cycles prior to this that I've always taken pre,during,and post labs. Gotta stay healthy.
Starting weight: 207lb. Current at 221lb
My worst cycle was a low dose test/tren 400/300 terrible sides, made me a man who're. Not me.
All MY GEAR IS FROM PSL
Anyway, this cycle is 1g test cyp, 300 tren e.
I'm currently 6 weeks into a 12 week run.
6weeks labs in attachments section
I alternated pin sites on either quad. Only ever pinned quads.
Sides have been manageable although as the time passes I'm definitely more and more irritable. Gains have been good, roughly 3 lbs a week. Appetite was great at first eating all day long. Good healthy food.
I love grits and oatmeal. I eat 10 eggs hard-boiled every morning. Eating anywhere from 4-5k calories.
But, as the tren really sets in the appetite has begun to become suppressed. I'm just not that hungry.
Gym gains: obviously the intensity at the gym is peaked. I lift everyday, I hit the gym 4x a week and hit auxiliary lifts at home in the garage.
I started of flat bench 255 for reps (4x@15). I'm now repping 305 for 8/5/3.
Sides that are starting to get old are....
These cramps, it'll be something simple as turning to wash my ass in the shower, my lats will cramp. Or while I'm giving my wife the pipe, my calf will cramp. Worse yet, first waking up and hitting that full body stretch my quads will lock up.
I drink 6-9 liters of water a day, I also mix sea salt in my water. So, Im not sure as to why I'm cramping. This always happens on tren mid cycle.
Sleep seemed to suck at first, literally waking up every hour on the hour, but when the time comes to get up and start the day, I'm feeling fully rested. I sleep from 2000-0430 daily.
As stated, this is my first log, if I skipped something let me know.
Also, I'm working and will try to respond in a timely manner.
