My 6th cycle, 1st log.

Hello all,
I've done a few cycles prior to this that I've always taken pre,during,and post labs. Gotta stay healthy.

Starting weight: 207lb. Current at 221lb

My worst cycle was a low dose test/tren 400/300 terrible sides, made me a man who're. Not me.

Anyway, this cycle is 1g test cyp, 300 tren e.
I'm currently 6 weeks into a 12 week run.
6weeks labs in attachments section
I alternated pin sites on either quad. Only ever pinned quads.

Sides have been manageable although as the time passes I'm definitely more and more irritable. Gains have been good, roughly 3 lbs a week. Appetite was great at first eating all day long. Good healthy food.
I love grits and oatmeal. I eat 10 eggs hard-boiled every morning. Eating anywhere from 4-5k calories.
But, as the tren really sets in the appetite has begun to become suppressed. I'm just not that hungry.

Gym gains: obviously the intensity at the gym is peaked. I lift everyday, I hit the gym 4x a week and hit auxiliary lifts at home in the garage.
I started of flat bench 255 for reps (4x@15). I'm now repping 305 for 8/5/3.

Sides that are starting to get old are....
These cramps, it'll be something simple as turning to wash my ass in the shower, my lats will cramp. Or while I'm giving my wife the pipe, my calf will cramp. Worse yet, first waking up and hitting that full body stretch my quads will lock up.
I drink 6-9 liters of water a day, I also mix sea salt in my water. So, Im not sure as to why I'm cramping. This always happens on tren mid cycle.

Sleep seemed to suck at first, literally waking up every hour on the hour, but when the time comes to get up and start the day, I'm feeling fully rested. I sleep from 2000-0430 daily.

As stated, this is my first log, if I skipped something let me know.
Also, I'm working and will try to respond in a timely manner.

Tren usually make really hungry! Maybe because I’m usually in a deficit when running it but makes me crave carbs like no other
 
Calorie intake? Macros? You don't say it but imply you're in a calorie surplus. If so, curious as to why you chose tren as a second combo?
I guesstimate around 4-5k calories. I used to be all about keeping macros. But I don't much anymore. I eat till I'm full. I figured I eat around 4 servings of grits daily, 2 cups of oatmeal daily ( in my smoothies) -them boys are thick too. I eat 10 eggs a day, I love chocolate milk, I drink a half gallon of it a day. I also eat at my companies gas stations. We have killer pizza. I eat 4-6 slices of that daily.
Also, I eat tuna and salmon and I don't discriminate, I use a vegan protein powder. It's quinoa based.
My wife is good at feeding my needs.
Yes, I'm in a surplus.
I chose tren cause it'll bulk like crazy, if I feed it that is. Also, if I'm sucking and not eating like I should, its more forgiving when it's being starved.
Plus, it's tren, I'm not running crazy high numbers.
Proof is in the pudding.

My take is you will do a lot better to dial in the nutrition.
The only thing I eat that is processed is the pizza from the stations I do maintenance for. Other than that, all my carbs are 1 ingredient meals, my fats come from coconut oil and meat. I used to have a Samsung phone. That s health app on there was primo. I had my macros dialed in with it. I love my pixel but I might go back just to track my food.
 
Only thing that’s missing so far are the naked spread shots. Besides that looks great 🤙

Gah, the eating is getting harder and harder. I don't feel as hungry throughout the day. I do quite a bit of driving, so I know I'm not doing anything to require food. But I'm still scarfing pizza and my normal breakfast and dinner foods. All of a sudden it's close to quitting time and I'm like, fuck I didn't eat enough food today.

Also, some aggression is starting to show. I've got 1.2 bottles left. My wife is ready for me to cycle off.

Bodily changes show some recomposition. My dad belly/barrel is starting to become flattened. I guess that's nice. Wide ass shoulders should be accompanied with a slimmer waistline.

More updates as they show themselves worthy of posting about.
 
So, the weight gain has slowed down quite a bit. I've actually been losing weight. 222 to 215 but I'm so much more cut looking. I'll take it. Maybe I'll run a deficit and see where I end up and then next cycle run an oral cycle specifically for bulking.
The cut that wasn't a cut is turning out nicely.

If you dropped 7lbs you are most likely in a deficit :)

100%. It's been hard to eat. Like, Im just not hungry. I know it's happening I try to combat it with my "not worth a fuck" smoothies. Those are 1600 kcal smoothies. But you know, when it's 1930 at night slim like ehhh, I'll just go to sleep.

Anywho, my pin on last Wednesday, I must've hit something. I've used my tens unit on it twice and no help, it's now getting better, but fuxk me running, I feel like I hit something that leaked blood into my muscle or the likes, cause I've no sign of infection or anything.
I pin now this cycle eod.
Cruise is normally Mon and Thurs test cyp.

Tens unit means what? What was reason for pinning both quads that first night? Did you have a lot of product and wanted to pin twice, but in diff quads just bc of amt to pin?

Tens unit is that machine that like shocks you but it's therapeutic like a massage. See the pic
I pinned twice the first time ever because it was my first time. I was like yessss, I got my shit here. I'm about to be jacked. 😂 Yes it was Stoopid, but it's all honesty here.
It was more so to be like well, in case I get pip, I'll have it worse both legs at once and be good. It proved to be true. Silly, but it had me ready for the next two years and counting.

I did sooooo much research before I started lifting. I did lift 5x a week religiously before I started ⚙️. I didn't just jump on the wagon and then jump ship. I knew it was gonna be a lifelong deal.
I love the results, I've never been so confident, my career has improved, my wife is a stay at home mom. I contributed most of this to my confidence and physique. Yes, employers look at this when they hire on, it's done nothing but good for me.
I still the whole two years hit the gym 4-5 days a week.
Ive committed to the lifestyle.
