Must Use Vitamins If On Cycle...

For those who use Red Yeast Rice and take prescription medication. Make sure to check and see if its ok to take together. Main ingredient of RYR is Monacolin K is chemically identical to the prescription statin drug lovastatin.
I thought the FDA banned any Red Yeast Rice with Monacolin K in it in the U.S.

I had a gym friend that took a prescription medicine he was on (don't recall the name) with Red Yeast Rice and developed Rhabdomyolysis. He had to be rushed to hospital to be place on IV. His kidneys were under tons of pressure. Always should check drug interactions if you are on any kind of prescription medication.

May I recommend taking nattokinase and serrapeptase together for cardiovascular health as well.

My blood pressure is absolutely perfect on this stuff.

Look them up.

I agree with the blood work first.

B-12
Vitamin-D
Psyllium Husk for fiber/helps lower LDL
Omega-3 for HDL
Daily multivitamin
Zinc for immune system plus bigger loads lol
I’ll take milk thistle if I’m taking surperdrol

These are things my doctor said to take because most of these are things I’m lacking of. So blood work is good to have, doesn’t make sense to waste money on things your body is good on and probably will piss out anyways because it doesn’t need it.

I take Nordic Naturals ultimate omegas. I will look into the krill for sure.

“Krill and fish oils have similar benefits, but krill oil is derived from shrimp-like crustaceans, and fish oil from oily fish. Krill oil is more readily absorbed by the body and contains more antioxidants than fish oil. Fish oil contains more omega-3 fatty acids per serving and is cheaper than krill oil.”

I use Animal Pak Complete it covers everything an anabolic lifter needs (with liver support), Cialis, and DHEA. Anastrozole when needed, I inject NAD+, I use DOSE for liver (in rotations) and now Cholesterol.

Here’s what I take daily currently and it’s not too far off from what I do year round:

MultiVitamin/Mineral

Magnesium Glycinate 1,200mg

N-Acetyl Tyrosine 400mg

Taurine 4,000mg

B12 & Folate (currently on mitochondria peptides, otherwise I do not take this)

Ubiquinol 400mg (same as above)

Selenium 200mcg (same as above)

TUDCA 1,000mg

NAC 6g EOD

Glycine 5g

Glutamine 20g

Creatine 10g

Astragaloside IV 50mg

Astragalus Extract 6 grams

Melatonin 50mg

Supplements make everything work better for me, so I take them. They make a huge difference. I don’t agree with the idea that we should wait for our bloodwork to go to shit before we address it with supplements. I take Astragaloside IV and Astragulus to help prevent kidney disease. I’m not going to wait for my kidney markers to start going down before using it. The idea is to prevent damage before it can occur.
50 mg melatonin? Jesus

I've heard you don't actually get more sleep effect out of it past 10mg or so, but some guys take larger doses because of other effects it has. I haven't researched it that much but I know a few people who swear by it.

I've heard really past 1 mg you don't really get any more deep sleep, it's really just a trigger to regulate sleep rhythm for a certain time of day. I work nightshift and it is a god send for swapping between day and night activities

To provide a short cut for info, Ive attached a few slides that address the potential studied benefits of high dose melatonin.

I use it mainly for mental health, when using trenbolone and stimulants as I am currently. High dose melatonin and NAC dampen glutamate signaling, which is the pathway through which 19nor mental sides are modulated. Melatonin dampens overactivation of nmda receptors specifically.

This has the effect of inducing anhedonia in most people so I am not necessarily recommending it.

Good stuff, thanks!

Vitamin list i feel is non negotiable for someone on cycle....

Liver -
Tudca, NAC, Milk Thistle (at least 2 of these)

Kidney -
Astragulas Root

Heart -
CoQ10

Cholesterol -
Red Yeast Rice

Immune Defense -
Vitamin C (no more than 2,000mg)

Joint Health -
Fish Oil

If there are ones you see me not list that you think are non-negotiable, please share your suggestions. I've also been checking BodyLogicMD reviews to learn more about professional health guidance. Please jump in and help spread some health knowledge!
I'd be careful calling any supplement non-negotiable, especially when running a cycle. The best approach is regular bloodwork to monitor liver and kidney function, cholesterol, blood pressure, and other important markers. Some supplements can interact with medications or cause side effects, so it's worth discussing them with a healthcare professional. I'd also prioritize proper nutrition, hydration, sleep, and managing cardiovascular risks rather than relying on supplements to offset potential harm. Regular monitoring is far more valuable than taking a long list of products blindly.

I use some basic ones and rotate them.

Mulit
B-complex
Vit C
Vit E
Vit A
Taurine
Berberine for glucose control for GH use
Sal Palmeto for prostate when needed
Choline and inositol for liver during health phase
