Multi Vitamins and Beta Alanine

Which multi do you guys use mostly snd do yall use Beta alanine pre/post

I use Orange Triad multivitamin and also use best alanine pre snd pot workout gives me more stamina and recovery better

I also use to like Orange triad Multis... but everytime Id run out... nobody would have them in stock... or they had stock in the much more expensive 90ct . The price difference in the higher count tubs is huge!

The orange triads is pretty pricey

Usually go with Mutant Multi

Unless you are training for excessive duration and frequency beta alanine is needed.

Don't really use multi's anymore but I pretty much use Designs for Health for all my "supplements"
