MOTS-C + Methylene Blue + SLU-PP322 Stack?

I’ve seen a few mentions of this stack lately — Dr. Dean’s MOTS-C, Methylene Blue, and SLU-PP322 protocol — and apparently Vigorous Steve referenced it in one of his recent Q&A sessions on YouTube.

I’ve been digging but can’t find solid info on what this stack actually looks like in terms of amounts, dosages, or timing.

Has anyone here run this combo or have details on:

• Recommended dosing protocol
• Timing (daily vs training days)
• What benefits people are actually seeing
• Any bloodwork insights or side effects

Would appreciate any solid info or first-hand experiences.

I have never used methylene blue but this is what I’ve done that’s similar

Mots C - 2-3mg a day
SLU - 500mcg to 1g a day
Nad Plus - 100mg 3 day a week

Nice steady energy

I’ve also run SLU solo and love that stuff. Really great compound

I didn't see it but if its an error sorry man.

Exodus makes bad ass products but we do.see grammar errors on labels from them. It usually scares me if someone misspelled something..I think if they cant spell why should i trust what is inside lol.

But that's dumb bc they're manufactured in a compounding lab...and then the company handmakes.all.their own labels etc. So they literally have zero.to.do w the creation.

But that's how my mind thinks lol

Currently in 2mg SLU (1mg injectable, 1mg oral), and 10-20mg MB a day. Got some Mots C on the way to add!

Quick question if you don’t mind sharing. What do you reconstitute your SLU with? I recently purchased some and saw a reel yesterday of a Dr claiming you ruin it with bac water, you should use DSMO and take it topically? Thank you for any help.

For the injectable version, I’m currently using an oil based one.

I did run a lyopholizdd version in the past, but switched to oil because based off my research SLU does not hold in water and degrades incredibly fast.

I didn’t know any better back then and used BAC water to reconstitute, but fortunately I was aware it degraded fast so I used it all as quickly as possible after reconstitution.

SLU is very tricky as far as getting good absorption it seems. For example, taking it as a raw powder the absorption is nearly nothing. An enteric capsule or coating may help. Almost ALL the research used injectable IP. Maybe try messing around with ChatGPT (and asking for sources) and see if you can find a best case scenario option for the form you have.

Started it just over 2 weeks ago. Literally loss 12 lbs in 12 days. Blows past a plateau on cut AND I dont feel that diet fatigue which in itself is huge, not just for NEAT energy, but mood, motivation, etc...

MOTS-C 1 mg daily Mon hrough Fri

Oral SLU-PP-332 250mcg 2x per day, daily (upping to 500mcg 2x per day as we speak) makes me hella warm, even without everything else. Oral works just fine. Watch Vigorous Steve's vid on this. Dr Dean too runs it oral and only 500mcg - 750mcg per day. There are injectable forms and megadosing but its not needed when combining with the full stack.

Methylene Blue 10mg per day.

Reta 4mg per week (took months to get to this)
 
I’m impressed with SLU

I recently added in mots-c 2-3 weeks ago, started at 3mg/day before my workout, then 5mg/day, then the last 3 days I was feeling a little more experimental, pushed it to 10mg/day the last 3 days before my workouts.

The fat loss is incredible, I’m down like 10lbs over the last 3 weeks, but tren is in and diet and training are airtight so I know with certainty there’s been no muscle loss, and the abs, obliques, lower back fat and glute lines are coming in stronger and vascularity is way up so I’ve been leaning down a lot and losing a lot of fat. blood sugar and insulin sensitivity is probably the best it’s ever been, your body just seems to burn through glucose like a high powered engine which I’m theorizing, especially with other compounds pushes the body more towards fat oxidation for fuel usage. So you’re just burning through glucose and fat like crazy. As an added measure I’ve noticed amazing endurance with it as well, workout recovery seems way better even in a calorie deficit, and I feel great

I’m not advocating 10mg/day, it’s more of a personal experiment where I wanted to push things a bit and “feel” it a bit, but the weight is coming off so fast I’ll probably back it back down to 5mg/day as I don’t really want to lose any more at the moment.

So far though I’m a fan of mots-c

Did you see Vigorous Steve's video where he said he went into anaphylactic shock after injecting 5mg? No issues there for you?

Thats what has kept me at 5mg as I dont feel like popping for a $300 epi for a "maybe" lol. I did do 5mg in 1 dose the 2nd injection.
 
I’m still running MotsC pretty low, but my SLU is relatively high compared to most. Seems to definitely be synergy.

Using both. Would attribute most to the SLU; but the results with mots c have been great as well

Haven’t seen that no, maybe he had some kind of allergic reaction? Haven’t experienced anything like that
