• Has a bad leakage out the front of the radiator

I am now on my third career as a CWI (weld inspector and NDT3/Saftey puke) beginning in 2025 not sure if I want to travel or stick here to Texas and the Gulf coast. You made me remember a buddy of mine that transitioned from Diver to inland rig hand he was bitching about the issue yall are having, yet in Texas.

He wanted some names of my guys so he could bribe them away from offshore to work in Midland haha no one I know will touch an inland rig. I honestly believe it is going to get worse before it gets better with these Gen Z brainwashed Muppet's wanting higher pay and less working hrs and having Zero experience. I have 3 strikes against me now for being to aggressive of a Supervisor and being a racist twords Spanish speaking hands. I got the lecture before indoc as a safety man lol. Fuck them, especially if the worms are red hats and cannot speak English!

Before we can spit we'll be required to have a Tampon machine on the drill floor and on our Dive vessels along with Translators, Trans queer reps, Snowflake counselors and Anti American supporters.
