Does anyone use an at home hemoglobin and hematocrit meter? Can anyone recommend a good meter for measuring your hemoglobin and hematocrit yourself at home? Some of them I am sure are flakey like any cheap electronic device. My hemoglobin and hematocrit run up to 19 hemoglobin and 57 hematocrit and I was thinking it would be safer to test and monitor when raising dosages. I donate every 57 days but thought if I could test my levels when raising dosages I would know if I’m getting too high inbetween blood donations and back down my dosages to prevent going even higher and never knowing.
