I've been a member for a while but always just lurked in the shadows reading and learning.

My story is this, I just turned 40 and I want to take my training to the next level. I've been lifting off and on for two decades. I worked three jobs for about 80% of my adult life and now that I'm down to one so I have more time to focus on me.

There is obviously a lot of knowledge and experience in this forum and I am here to learn what I can. With that being said, I have decided to take the leap. I am currently prescribed test (have been on it constantly since 2018) and want to stack with it. If I'm wanting to build muscle but look harder, what would be a recommended 1st cycle?

There’s a bunch more info we need before recommending a cycle.
What does training and diet look like?
How much test are you on?
High aromatizer?
What does training your blood panels look like on TRT?
Is this a one time blast or are you looking to jump on gear for the foreseeable future?
How lean are you? Height/weight?

There’s the popular answer- just take more test. But I don’t necessarily think that would align with your goal of looking harder.

If you are lean enough, maybe something like 6 weeks of Anavar would fit your goals. Or something like a run with masteron.
