I’ve been running test e 400mg for over 5-6 months and relatively no acne, I started maestron and after about 3-4 weeks I started getting awful acne on my face and chest to the point I stopped running it all together. But it’s been over a month now since I’ve stopped and the acne is still like awful wtf this will subside at some point right? I appreciate anyone’s feedback

It might not stop, this is individual dependent.

Masteron is in my experience the worst compound for high androgen sides. My skin looks the worst and it’s the only compound that puts my hair situation into chemo mode.

It tends to break me out around my shoulders not to bad usually. It does come and go but i think diet has something to do with it as well. Could also be estrogen out of range any labs done recently?

Mast does the same to me for the most part, acne along my jawline, under my chin and shoulders and back.

Accutane, don’t wait like I did. Scarring for life now. You can try Tret cream first, if that don’t help just bite the bullet and do the accutane. I wish I had did it years ago. Instead I tried everything else under the sun and cost my self Permanent scarring. Is what it is.

My skin was fine for so long with no acne but once it reacted once and broke out, it always happened after that to anything I did, lower my test dose = acne , go back up on dose = acne, add compounds = acne, etc.

My acne is bacterial almost always.
As long as i dose some topical chlymadicin or some doxycycline it goes awag and stays away.
I cycle them. Topical until it cant keep up then biotic until goes away.

I wish that was my case lol I tried the antibiotics and all that, my skin reacts wildly hormone fluctuations the most, but also just gets hammered from dht’s. I can have estrogen sky high and not have a single pimple tho lol. Blast a little mast and it’s a nightmare, or lower my test dose back to cruise or trt and I’m fucked for 6-8 weeks sometimes longer.

It’s def worth him trying to antibiotics and topicals too but I know for me it was fucking hormonal and internal and just androgens them selves, accutane really was the only thing to put a dent in it, tret cream was decent too I still use it 2x a week but gotta be eazy cuz I’ll fry my skin with the accutane and tret cream together.

But yeah man some guys just have that bad luck and genetic response to the acne.

Just like some get the balding immediately, or the gyno etc.

Luck of the draw.

Are there any sponsors here that have doxycyline or chlyndamicin?

(Mods please delete this if that's one of the things are aren't allowed to talk about I know certain classes of drugs are off limits not sure about anti-biotics)

If you continue Mast def think about Accutane especially when you go higher dosages.. still trying to clear my acne scars out. im jealous of folks not needing them.

Are those prescription?
Pill or topical?
I got impetigo a while back from the mats & the antibiotics they gave me really cleared my face up

Using antifungal sprays like jock itch or the spray for athlete's foot does wonders.
Use it before bed.

I had pretty bad acne several years ago (pre-TRT and everything else) and just developing a decent skin care routine did absolute wonders for me. I shower twice a day, using a mild foaming face scrub on my face, shoulders, upper back (Pacifica is great but you don't need to get too fancy with this part). After my post-workout shower I use a hyaluronic acid moisturizer (Neutrogena or ROC depending on what I can find on sale) and a mild SPF with niacinamide (Olay Total Effects is good for this). After my evening shower before bed I do AHA/BHA/PHA toner, (SomeByMi, its good Korean shit), a retinol moisturizer (Olay Pro Advanced from Costco is fine), and tretinoin, which if you ask me is the real magic and is probably doing 70% of the actual heavy lifting beneath the surface. And that's really it. I went from having very sub-par skin to having very excellent skin in a matter of months and I've been able to maintain it for years now with this simple regimen. Everyone always thinks I'm minimum 5 years younger than I actually am so I gotta be doing something right.
