Marvels PSL sponsored log

Just a quick update I'm on my 2nd week of the blast with 800 mg test weekly, 400 mg eq weekly and 400 mg Masteron weekly. This week I got another touchdown. I was able to get some tadalafil and Sildenafil from psl. I've already started the tada aka cialis at 10 mg daily. I use tada whenever I am running anything over trt. This helps me keep my bp in a good range. The tabs are 20 mg each but they break in half very easily.

I'm going to just run the tada for 2 weeks to and check bp to see if dose needs to go up. Then once I have that nailed down I'll try the Sildenafil as a pre workout supp to see how it affects my pumps. Both are going to be trial and error till I find the right dosages and right timing. As always huge shout out to PSL for being the best vendor out there.

This is it!

Unfortunately my wife got laid off about 2 weeks ago so things have been a little hectic. I do plan on doing an update this weekend.

Time for a little catch up. As with most things in life there's good news and bads news. Bad news is my life was laid off in the middle of January. Good news is I was about to pay my coach for the next year of service but instead I was able to pause my services. Due to my own personal level of acceptable risk I decided that was too large of a sum of money to pay out. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if we end up needing that money to make it by. Once my wife has a new secure full time position I will hire my coach back on.

This means plans for competing this year are on pause as well. This could be over in another 2 weeks or in 2 months, who knows. I am continuing with my training, nutrition, gear and everything else. I just won't have that 2nd eye to help guide me or pull me back if I get of control. I've been doing this a long time so I should be able to handle this time period without a coach. The biggest challenge is taking pictures and checking in when you're not paying someone to look it over.

Any other pertinent information: My wife is still looking for a new position and life is still moving forward and throwing us curveballs. Inside the gym is the only place currently where things are consistent. My strength increase is consistent and after the current deload week multiple exercises will be increasing in weight. I did notice some low intensity pain in my shoulders so I'm eliminating the 2nd day of delt work for the next 6 week cycle. Still trying to get close to 245+ with this condition without a coach. Wish me luck.

Going through a rough patch in my relationship, I'm sure all married guys can agree those are some of the most tumultuous times.

Absolutely. I just went through one in the fall. The first 10 years are the toughest especially if you have kids. In my experiences it will take one of the two to make their self vulnerable and eat a little crow to commit to making the other person happy even if you feel she is at fault.
I've done multiple presentations for work regarding this. I called it building bridges. It can be used for work, relationships, negotiations, etc.

It's not a one size fit all and it's not guaranteed to work but it'll give you perspective and bring down defense wall you both have up. Wish you the best. Those are tough times but also learning experiences.

Here goes a little explanation for my absence on logging.

In mid-January my wife was laid off from work. Then in mid-February we found more mold in our house that we thought had been remediated in 2023. My wife is collecting unemployment while searching for a new job, but the payments are 60% of her previous earnings and all of our bills are still 100%, including a auto loan we just got in December. With all of the stress from current bills, then new costs from remediating left over mold, getting the house retested and then cleaning the house things have been very tense. So of course this led to a rough patch with my wife. The number 1 reason couples get divorced are money issues and we are dealing with them now.

I had to stop services with my coach as all money needs to be directed to keeping the family afloat. I’ve also been eating a little less as groceries are quite expensive in my household. Since mid-February the stress and anxiety from dealing with my wife and these issues caused some missed workouts, some missed injections and some lack of motivation. If bodybuilding was my source of income, I would have no choice but to push through but as it does not make me money I’ve had to put it a bit on the back burner. I was planning on competing in 2025 but that probably won’t happen as we are in April and still looking for that 2nd source of income. After my wife does find a job, we will need some time to spend money on getting other things back up to par and will still need to wait some time before I feel comfortable dishing out thousands of dollars to a coach.

I am wrapping up my blast cycle this week and will go to a trt plan. I know I added weight and muscle so now the goal will be to solidify the weight I did add then get bloods after a enough time to see if everything is back to good ranges in my blood. If so, I can look into the next round of pushing for more muscle, if not then a longer period of trt or some rehab if needed if blood markers are too far off. I’m completing my 2nd week of consistent training and trying to get back on schedule. However, things are still unstable so I have to be ready to take on whatever life throws at me. Hopefully it's something good soon.

I COMPLETELY know where you are coming from. Been in a similar situation and have had plenty of scares over the last 4 years even now! Just reading your post I could hear the bad arguments...ugh. Good things are around the corner my friend. It was a slow recovery for me.

Smart move on the bodybuilding cost cutting. The weights, logs, etc will be there when you guys are good. Hell I said goodbye to a gym 13 years ago when my youngest was on the way. Now I couldn't imagine wasting time at a gym. Important thing is all hands on deck to get through the tough times. Together you're both stronger and guaranteed to succeed. Positive attitude will attract positive opportunities! I'll say a few words for ya to the to the big man! You got this brother

I appreciate that.. I'm not a religious man but I've definitely been praying more often recently.
