Hello, codgers.

62M with pretty severe OA in my left shoulder. ROM is OK (as long as I don't try to externally rotate much), but everything hurts. MRI shows significant arthropathy and bursitis. Have had several PRP injections over the last couple of years, and they have helped some.

Curious what experience others may have had with managing OA on cycle. Thanks.

Not everyone may agree that Deca should be used as a first-line treatment for osteoarthritis, but I’ve seen it produce impressive results in people I know.

There’s also BPC-157, which some studies suggest may help reduce pain and support cartilage repair and regeneration.

Bpc157 and or tb500..
Im not a believer in deca doing such,it may make it more comfortable, but not healed..i saw som1 mentioned cartalax in another thread, idk much about it,but the guy said it helped him with old knees..
Oxandrolone too has been used in medical settings to treat osteoarthritis and osteoporosis
Also heard about eq helping with some issues, dont quote me on that..

Once the arthritis is bad enough i noticed nothing from dec, the "healing peptides" may have helped a little as they may have reduced inflammation some, But once discontinuing them everything returned plus a little worse as i did more wear and tear in the process. I used mostly natural type things to reduce inflammation as NSAIDS use just stresses internal organs which are tougher to replace. Once things got bad enough i just had the shoulder replaced.
