I see the SEMA is pretty new to the great list of products at YMS.

I’d be really interested in hearing of some reviews. My wife has been using SEMA since Feb 2023. She is down near 40lbs. She didn’t need to lose it in the first place IMO but she is happy and confident.

Anyone out there got Yang experience with YMS SEMA?
