im in need of some help as to where to go from here with my macros. Im 5’11 180 lb started my cut February 12th at 196 lb. my weight has stalled a bit I’ve been stuck at this 180 for about 2-3 weeks my training at first still felt good while in this cut, as of recently it’s started to take a hit I think I wanna up things a bit. just wondering where’s a good place to start to benefit me more on training but still stay in a deficit. My maintenance being roughly 2,600-2,700. I’m also on 300 test & 300 primo. I’m not far off where I wanna be but still have some stubborn lower belly fat little around the chest & love handles area.
