Low E2 ED?

I honestly don’t buy the 20:1 ratio concept. It’s just based off what natural ranges reflect in a labwork setting. As far as I’m aware (and I’m very open to being educated here) it doesn’t have any solid basis. Probably a great rule of thumb to follow on trt, but if you’re pushing the testosterone dose I don’t see a logical reason to draw the conclusion that e2 must rise in that ratio linearly. We know the negatives of high estrogen in men, and I’m not sure why we should just accept too much aromatization simply to shoot for a ratio. It’s not like we want DHT to rise at a certain ratio just because of the increased aromatization.
Yes, it is a rule of thumb in normal range but everyone is different like I said. He is sensitive in the nips at 1500/33, which is very low on the estrogen side so unless he is taking something else like deca that's exacerbating the issue he is very sensitive to estrogen. Frankly if I had those numbers or a little lower my joints would ache, I would be flat as a pancake and my dick wouldn't work.

Vs what? Suppressed e2? Or did it actually show some level of advantage with elevated over reference range?
Sorry brother. Meant to say endogenous. Was looking at two different studies today, one with Test E administration up to 600mg to measure E2 and DHT conversion and another that looked at epigentic estimators based on Total T:E2 ratios. Mixed up the studies in my head but here’s the links

At what test level?
375mg, no ai. estrogen at 41
