Im currently on a low dose cycle of

250mg test cyp per week
200mg primo E per week

Split twice weekly shots

44yr old, 12% bf. Been training over 20 yrs and have done many cycles in the past.

Was thinking about adding in a low dose tren of 15mg daily subq to for better nutrient partitioning and to get a bit more cute.

Thoughts? Hoping this wont affect my sleep at this dose. Seems as i get older i get more sides from just about everything.

You will see results as low as 100, sides are a crapshoot. I experience very little sides aside from insomnia all the way up to the 400 region
 
Have you tried or considered trying Tren Hex?
At my age it is the only tren ester I would even consider anymore.
Less sides for most people. Long half life. Can really shine at lower dosage.
Plus you won't feel like a pincushion doing those daily shots.
A once a week shot of 100 - 150mg tren hex would be my first choice.

I would try parabolan (tren hex) 75mgs every 10-12 days.

First and foremost how are you brother.
You and me are in or about the same age.. training for about the same amount of time, I then training since I was 15, but there is a good duration where there is a lot of time that I was not training.
In recent times I've stepped away from training due to an injury but I'm back at it :)

I have used tren at some absolutely obnoxious and ridiculous dosages in the past, due to my age I was able to tolerate the side effects and I thought that was all part of the game. It did eventually get to the point that it was unbearable and not only could I not use it anymore, it wasn't allowed in my household. My wife wasn't entirely sure what it was but she knew that would ever was was no good...

Fast forward several years.

It was highly suggested with someone within my circle who was acting as a second pair of eyes, basically my coach, the strongly strongly strongly encouraged low dosage of tren.
It simply just didn't see how it would work. I went with his suggestions and lowered my ego.

To My surprise, not only did it super exceed my expectations, the results were phenomenal, it was very comfortable, very doable, there was almost zero signs of acid reflux, my sleep was hardly affected at all..

If My memory serves me correctly I believe we had me on 25mg of ace EOD, maybe a little bit less.

Prior to this we made some adjustments in my diet, then we started slowly adding some things back in and that's when we also threw in the tren for nutrition partitioning.

Never in my wildest but I have ever thought the results would have been what they were.

I'll never suggest or recommend to anyone using what we would call moderate dosages of tren.

IMO, WE DON'T HAVE TO FEEL THE COMPOUND OR THE DRUG WORKING IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE WORKING..
Meaning, So many times we see people chiming in that they think their product is bunk'd because they're not sweating, they're not getting nightmares or they're not getting rage - well God bless them.. tailoring that you would see people saying crank up your dosages or you'd see people say it's bunk..

I didn't feel anything but the mirror did all the talking..

The scale did not move at all, but literally almost overnight I pulled nice and tight yet at the same time I stayed semi full.
I was on the smaller side and tighter side, that wasn't where I wanted to be but that's where my friend/coach had me at, and I was trusting the process. We were just about to start throwing in the food going for a long off season (mind you I do not compete but that's what this would be considered).
The goal was to clean me up and do a recomp before we started throwing different types of food in the equation.

I wasn't entirely truthful with my coach, and this part I kind of regret.. I was doing fasted cardio as instructed but it was supposed to be 5 days a week and I was only doing three. But the fastest cardio alone on top of the tren (20-25mgs) was literally day and night.
Like I said I was smaller than I wanted to be but I seen what he was going for and the results spoke volumes...

Next go around I'll add primo to that mix...

We had the following..

Test cyp 300+ weekly/split by 3
Npp 300 + weekly/split by 3
Tren ace 20-50ish/split by 3
(Wish I had primo at 300)

Was NOT in a calorie deficit, but my macros were very very clean.. I could have been a bad boy and we should have been adding a bit more cheat meals and some more dirty meals in there..

Low dose tren super exceeded my expectations with getting rid of that slight lingering lower back flank fat, and that itty bitty bit that was right underneath my glutes..

But other than that all the way around that shined physically, with zero emotional or psychological effects.. very impressed.

I also feel that the sups that we had incorporated for not only gut health and digestion, but also organ health was a major influence on mitigating side effects...

Several of my fellow peers here were already advocating for quite some time very very low to moderate dosages of tren for quite some time, before I even tried it.
They weren't wrong. But my ego and my approach was prior..
I learned a lot during that push about myself and what is necessary and what is not necessary..

Oh, by the way I pulled blood work a few times for other reasons in all markers were dynamite :)

This dosage and recommendation right here would almost translate into the same output that my blood serum was experiencing with the low dosage of the faster ester.

But like I said before the only regret I have is not adding primo..
Shortly after that is when I got COVID and I got very very sick, The only issue I have is I wonder if I would have stayed on primo If I did have it in the equation from the get-go :( would that have saved me the complete and utter muscle atrophy. I was on a very hard push and we were literally right there just about to start cranking things up, we were already adding More and more food & I was still hungry with all the food we were adding and we had quite a long ways to go. (Just edited)
From what I'm beginning to learn all over again is that primo is Literally superior at being what we can call a preserver.

You live and learn.
I have a shit ton of primo now on stand by as in slowly get back into this, and will use primo as a "pause - time out" drug if something happens again so I don't lose anything that I've earned and worked for.

Most important thing in a cut (aside from losing fat) is to maintain as much muscle as possible. You do not need a lot of tren to do that. In prep I run 20-25mg/day and hold most of my strength getting very lean with little sides. Most competitors I know run between 140-210mg/week.

Moral of story...You do not need much at all for it to do it's job.
