So I’ll be 59 in November. My entire focus is to retain my muscles, don’t get injured and clean healthy diet. Again for me the lower the doses the better I feel and look. Less water bloat, and sides.

Lol thanks my friend. Like I always say , I don’t to tell people what to do or not to do. All I am doing is sharing my personal experience and let the reader decide for them selves. I have made so so many mistakes in this journey, but learned from it.
