Looking for help with PSL

[Doomsayr_x]

First I'm new so don't slam me too hard. I know that sometimes people can find help here. The instructions were very very confusing for how I had to write them. If anyone can offer any help or advice please message me. Please and thank you.

Get your post count up to 10 so you can PM reps.

write in some thread and then contact me, even if the best thing you can do is use the ticket system on the site

How do I find a rep? Sorry I'm like brand new to this. I've heard the guys name is Vision on here, but I have no idea how to contact them.

Open accoint on PSL page, and go to my account, open new ticket and write them, they reply fast enough.

I did open up a ticket. It's about payment so they didn't tell me much. I figured I should talk with someone here in private message about it. I'm just confused about something.
