What's up, id like a little guidance. We all know the internet, specifically social media is filled with alot of people spewing things they have no first hand experiance with. Let me start off introducing who I am.
So im 32 years old, male, active in the gym 6, sometimes every day of the week as I enjoy it. My rest days are usually cardio, 1-2 days a week with some light lifting on the areas I feel I can work those days. I've had blood work done 3 times since really getting into lifting, 2-3 years ago. My test level started at mid 300's and my last 2 were mid 500's. I feel my test levels need to be higher for me to get where I want to be. Im 5'7", currently 167lbs, roughly 23% BF based on my Samsung watch doing its scans every morning consecutively. Trying to get 10-15% BF. My goal overall is to be healthy, shed what's left of fast around my mid section to get my abs to finish coming through and still build muscle.
I recently started reta, and 2 weeks in I started motsc. Reta is working and my appetite is cut, so I still force eed to about 150-200g of protein daily. Calories i dont track but I eat healthy, no snacks, no junk, no sugar. Mainly steak, hamburg, eggs, chicken and lots of fruit, some vegetables. Protein shakes mixed with milk get me about half of my daily protein as I physically cant eat a ton.
Anyways, I plan to run testostrone E at a smaller dose to see how my body adapts. Ect. Thinking 175mg weekly and getting bloodwork done at the 4, 5, or 6 week mark? What do you guys recommend?
If all checks out, I want to do Mast e to finish out, while keeping my weekly dosing for mast e at 100mg.
Im not looking to do anything crazy. As this is fairly new to me and I want to really see how my body does and take in as much knowledge as possible, I find this shit very very interesting.
My concerns are the following! Kids....I recently got married and we may have kids. We aren't certain but we think we would like them in the future. Some say if be fine, some say no? Im willing to free ball it and see if the boys can still produce or not. I was going to run HCG but based on research, I may not need to as too much estrogen can cause gyno, and that is probably my biggest fear. But im not or have never been obese to say but I really want to keep an eye out for the symptoms of that and will test my estrogen level when you guys advise. My free test was 107 for reference.
Any recommendations or suggestions you all may have, I am all ears!
Thank you!
