ASF family, Casey at Sunrise and I were BS’n off site and he happened to mention that during the original raffle he offered up a prize but didn’t have a chance to fulfill it. Rather than revisit the old one, let’s come together and find a way to get this prize out and get a little something for Chandra and the girls. We all know it’s gotta be extra hard right now with school and the logistics of not having your partner there for the day to day stuff we so easily take as granted. We wanted to bring this to you guys and see where it goes. The prize is a Sunrise Six Pack. I‘ve thought this over and my only concern is the goal needs to be attainable so we don’t drag this thing out too long. It needs to be realistic, say $1000. Nothing is set in stone so please throw out some ideas to help out. I’ll commit to a $100 donation and recuse myself from the final drawing or whatever we go with. What can you guys say? A worthy cause right? Let’s share some ideas please.

Lathe Crasher, thanks for getting it started. I spoke to Casey at Sunrise and they would like to put up a prize for this raffle.

Ill let them set the terms. My suggestion is put up 2 of those Sunrise Test packs and sell 10 tickets at $100 each.
It should go quick and 2 members will win a prize! With only 10 tickets and 2 prizes, the odds of winning should get those tickets sold quick!

Hey guys. I am sorry that I am just now seeing all of this. I have been so sick the last few weeks. On second round of antibiotics. Covid numbers are incredibly high here right now (crazy you don't hear it on the news but that's another topic) and the flu is going around. I tested twice over a week ago and was negative but man whatever this mess is has kicked my butt. Kind of don't believe the tests.

I thank you guys so much for this. I have been working hard to get his business going. His dream, our dream, but it has been a very slow process but I will not give up. With school, both the girls birthdays in October and the holidays coming up I have really been stressing. Not to mention in just a few weeks it will mark a year that my sweet sunshine left this earth. The blow still feels like yesterday and I honestly cannot account for where this year has gone time wise. Almost 11 months of my life just gone and not accounted for trying to stay afloat. In survival mode and continuous break downs. It has been a blur, a fog and just trying to get a grip and learn how to adapt living this life without him and survive. It has been pure hell. But I am here pushing through the fog and blur. Again, giving up is not an option although so many times it seems it would have been so much easier.

Thank you guys again for reaching out and putting this together. I truly do not know where we would be if it weren't for all of you. I have had some great encourging folks reach out. You all have been God sent and a true blessing to us. Real guardian angels.

I am open for anything! Any suggestions or help please throw them at me! It use to just be me and him and a couple of helpers here and there. I would get on all the swip swaps and market place to get the word out, set up the estimates, help order the material and things he needed. I have his suppliers that are on board and will give me the big company discount pricing on things which is awesome. They want to see this succeed also. I mostly advertised on Facebook but the marketplace and little swip swaps have come over grown with spam and such it's hard to post on any of them anymore because the admins have started blocking advertisement posts. Since it was just me and him we were able to communicate all through the day about everything. He had built such a good report he was always getting refered to people. We always had referrals. The only problem with the referrals now is that his phone number is no longer in service and I have had to get a new one. I do have one of his very loyal workers who is on board and ready to see this through. He was there from almost the beginning. I have about 2 more solid workers who he trusted that is on board as well. I have some good solid workers who are all in to see this become a success in his memory, name and honor. I just need to get the work coming in!

If anyone is into advertising, marketing or can help me get the word out and help guide me in that aspect please please reach out! This is so much more than just a business and job. It is something that means so much to my heart to see through. While yes, this will give me the flexibility to be with the girls when I need to be and the financial stability that we so despritly need but to carry on what he worked so hard for. To see all of his hard work though. This man worked so hard until his fingers would crack and bleed making sure his family was taken care of. He worked like a beast and like no one I have ever seen and was dedicated to what he done. He loved what he done and I was so proud of him. I want to see this through and show that his hard work wasn't for nothing. I want to see his dream through and to carry on his name and legacy.

I thank everyone for their help. I just got a notification on a donation and wanted to take the time while I can to thank everyone before the hurricane hits. I am not sure where everyone is from but if you are in the path I hope you all stay safe. We are staying and riding it out. Don't have much of a choice. Our impact really depends on which side we truly end up on. They have canceled school for the next three days. Tordanos are a given especially on the right side.
