I like the way you think. I had an indulgent lunch today instead of the normal chicken breast and veggies or rice. Had Texas Roadhouse 16oz. Sirloin (med. rare), green beans, and sweet potato without the crao they usually load it with. Delicious AND huge amount of protein without breaking the calorie bank. It was AMAZING. Felt like a “cheat meal” to me since I do t eat a lot of beef.I never cheat...
Cheat meal for me is 1lb NY sirloin 2 large sweet potatoes and 8 sticks of asparagus..........
I use to cheat while bulking by eating 1 pop tart or 1 dougnut a day..... Yup, Im a stickler for nutrition,
and I find im healthier than most at my age. Fuck processed food.

i bloated just by reading all of thatwell after my weight cut for a grappling tournament
i ate as follows:
1 medium bag doritos
couple hand fulls of skittles
about 9 sugar free wafers
9oz sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes, loaded potato, mac and cheese and like half an onion blossom.
1 in and out cheesburger some fries and a vanilla shake
2 hotdogs
1 large vanilla shake
4 quest cakes
i wont do anything like this again, it was a hell of a tummy ache for a couple of days. lol i bloated so bad my ankles looked like sausage links.

Not bulking, that's why I stopped at 2 glasses. I was only at 1600 calories when I went to dinner.bulking?

I rubbed my eyes when looking at the scale and got on and off a couple of times to verify.
I was in such disbelief I took off my socks and got back on the scale..no idea why I thought that would do anything but I did it lol
