I have really brought my legs up. I feel now days they really define people. So many people have asked me my training and it's actually very simple. I do them only 1 day a week and at the start because there mg least favorite but best looking muscle. I'm a firm believer that what tom platz said is 100% true. If you destroy and really push your legs 1 time a week you will not want to train them again because they will be so sore. I see many skip hip adductors and that muscle alone adds so much to the look. I tell people if all else train them 1 time hard and at end of week do detail work. Calves I've learned go by feel but EOD works best. and you have to find what works them. I did just start my cycle and will be testing out kgear testosterone only cycle with labs
