Just like the subject line says. I inject daily and like to have a lot of injection sites. Recently added lats ans pecs into the rotation. For lats I just grab the opposite shoulder and let my arm hang like in a sling. Then use a mirror and easy as pie. For pecs I squeeze the pecs up by grabbing the opposite lat and letting everything hang. Currently pinning Test E 250 and NPP 100 from SB heated and very minimal PIP. Don't sleep on these two spots.
