Hi guys, I wanted to update you guys on my shoulder. I went to the orthopedic today and am having an MRI scan soon. The doctor said I have a labrum tear. He said my rotator cuff is perfectly fine. Ive decided not to train until I heal. What do you guys recommend to do and what are your guys experience with labrum tears and recovery?

Labrum tear suck bro. Sorry to hear that. I tore mine a few years ago. I took a full 3 months off only doing physical therapy. I had an option of surgery or not…I chose not. My shoulder has never been quite the same.

Now when I get any injury that threatens to sideline me then I start HGH at 2-4IU daily, and a BPC157 and TB500 combo. I also throw in a low dose of anavar and trt dose of test. This works for me for pretty quick healing. Also ensuring you have max blood flow to the injured area is important for healing.

Good luck man! Hang in there and heal right before pushing yourself back to further injury.

Where is everyone??😭

I tore my labrum then worked around the injury and it got better. But several years later i had that shoulder replaced. So i can say how much was due to the instability of the shoulder from the labrum tear and how much was wear and tear from all the other year of working out. I tend to wonder if i had had surgery for the labrum if the outcome would have been different..

Do legs!

I had 2.....Surgeries.
I had Stage 4 Labrum tears... I was out of the gym for almost 4 years between the 2 surgeries and rehab.
Sucks bro but if it a stage 2 or higher... get it fixed. Or your Bicep tendon will start to fray and possibly lead to a bicep tear.
Wait and ask the Doc what stage the tear is... Make sure hes an orthopedic doc.
Good luck brother, I know your pain.

Any kind of tendon tear sucks ass no matter where and BPC/TB and GH do help to a degree with healing too. Make sure to get a good assessment and treatment plan!

That protocol worked well for me too after I tore my left Achilles back in January and even that injury is a tough one but managed to get back on my feet and in the gym along with starting PT over 8 weeks after surgery.
