I just wanted to take a moment and publicize my gratitude and appreciation for K4L and especially for their board rep Olivia.
I've been ordering from them for a long time and love all of their products. As most of us know their kit prices are an incredible deal and the quality is superb, and now I can speak first hand on their customer service. I've purchased many kits of GH and peptides along with anabolics from them over the years and have never had any issue whatsoever. However I recently purchased a kit of Mots-C that for some reason wouldn't mix up. The lyophilized powder would either stay in powder form and stuck to the bottom of the vial or some of it would mix but be extremely cloudy. Again, I want to emphasize that this is certainly an outlier and in all other instances their products have been wonderful.
After trying to mix several vials without any luck I messaged Olivia about the issue. Without any hesitation she added a new kit free of charge to my most recent order. That was impressive and it is so nice to have a sponsor that not only produces extremely affordable and high quality products, but backs them up with such a high level of customer service. Thank you so much Olivia and K4L.
