Him talking about margin options is pretty spot on. I've made shit tons of cash by doing call options. If you buy really undervalued stocks with call options and sit on it, sometimes it can turn into a six-figure play if you sit on it long enough. I usually cringe at people financial advice but him talking about call options is pretty spot on. Any millionaire I've talked to that made their money on investments have told me the same thing. You get into risky undervalued stocks and make call options. I'm currently doing call options on Tesla. But I do it a little less risky, I buy them a year or two out. You just have to have the $$$ to put down, but you get it at a fraction of the cost of buying individual stocks.
