what are you running?Starting my first cycle ever this year, it’s gonna get wicked
you look amazing bro good luckWhat’s going on everyone just wanna take the time to introduce myself. I’m a USP sponsored athlete looking to step on stage and compete for the first time this year! I’m hoping to compete in classic and give that a try. I’m just now starting my first cycle this week! Super excited to see where I’ll end up and I’ll bring you guys along the way. Current experience with gear has been trt dose of 175mg a week test e for 9 weeks and did bloods to assess how I responded and everything was in order so we decided to pull the trigger on my cycle after following a reverse diet olafter my 9 month cut I ran to lose 65lbs this year. I’ve spent the last year getting in shape for my first cycle and building a solid foundation as my starting point. Now for the goodies. Current plan:

This meal plan may change though next week and get increased bc my metabolism is currently on fire and my weights maintaining or going down which isn’t necessarily what we want rn. Will check in with coach on Tuesday to assess.

. Check in with coach today went smooth and we’re currently leaving everything as is for now since progress hasn’t stalled. Bummer bc I always want some more food added in but I’ll survive. Great workout today and we pushed it to a great spot although I was a bit weaker this week but nbd it was barely noticeable mainly just burned out quicker. Could be bc sleep wasn’t that great. Got 7.5 hours but I woke up probably 7-8 times so not very restful. Thanks bro it’s a struggle sometimes, that inner fat kid loves to eat. Hoping to increase calories soonAlready said..Great details..!!

so eating is good. Weight still holding steady with no change.
. Morning fasted cardio is officially a go again as well since I got my setup going this weekend. Check ins are tomorrow so I’ll keep you guys posted on any changes as I suspect there will be a few since I’m weighing in lower than I have in years and lower than I was during my cut by a few pounds. No bueno bc I’m actually in a push phase so we want the opposite to be happening. On the bright side I’m looking peeled which is pretty dope. Thanks man I def could use a base tan to amplify my look. I’m looking to compete in classic later this year so cap is 182 which gives me room to put in 20 pounds of lean tissueSince winter sucks, maybe on your off days you can start working on some base color. In moderation, tanning beds are no big deal. It sounds dumb but I always feel stronger when I have some color. Your looking fantastic. What is your final weight contest goal?
