Has anyone tried John Jewett’s X Frame program? I’m interested in trying it. For context I’m 24 been training for 10 years and I want to compete in classic. 5’11 212 @12% bf.

Only way your gonna know if it’s right for you is trying it I’m sure it’s somewhat cookie cutter so you’ll have to adjust based off personal response

No, but I have done Toney Freeman's X frame training about 20 years.
