Yesterday was a full day of rest (the last one). Worked 5pm-2am, but besides that pretty much relaxed all day and took advantage of recovering. Today We got in our first Lift in 5 days! It felt absolutely amazing! I feel like I didn't even take any time off! I was able to pick right back up at where I left off. That workout will be listed in tomorrow's log. My macros yesterday were much closer to where they need to be! Feels good to be able to get back to eating like I was before I had my teeth pulled. I think in another couple days we will be back at 100%. My fats were a little above what they should be, because I had to eat some 80/20 ground beef at work... because I forgot to prep my chicken lol. Besides that, numbers are almost where they should be on a rest day! I'm really pumped up to get in to this growth phase, and today's lift marks Day 1 of that! We should be starting to see/feel the effects of EQ in the next month or so, and soon enough we will be adding in some NPP. Really looking forward to seeing where we can get to before leaning out again. Time to put on some size! This is my first ever growth phase, that is intentional lol. Check in tomorrow to see what my first lift looked like. We are also started a new training split! Chest/back, Legs, Rest, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Rest... then repeat. Also doing cardio 5x per week at 20 minutes each session for now.
