Is my free testosterone way to high?

My free testosterone is way too high. Its 60.7 and its supposed to be between 5.7 - 17.9. What is this doing to my body? Also my total testosterone is 1698. My sex bind globulin is 16 and its supposed to be 16.5 - 55.9.
Albumin is normal.
 
It’s giving you the ability to build more muscle, fuck more, etc. Free test is the amount of testosterone that is free for your body to utilize. The rest of your test is bound up by shbg or converting to estrogen.

With it being so high I’d make sure you’re taking advantage of it by working your ass off in the gym and at the dinner table

Its definitely way too high, danger level high. Your dick might fall off if it gets any higher. Youre gonna need some Retardadex to bring it down. I think its available on SBLABS website. But your Albumin is normal so you have that going for you. 👍
 
As SHBG decreases, Free Testosterone increases. It’s literally Total Testosterone - Albumin - SHBG (I mean this conceptually, you can’t subtract the numbers).

Free Testosterone is “unbound” and Testosterone binds to Albumin and SHBG.

Can confirm. Free test is slightly elevated. Dick is already shriveling like it’s going to fall off…


Totally not just small to begin with. Definitely too much free test

Not sure if op is serious or fucking about, but free t for the win. That said, as pointed out, often the higher your free t, the lower your shbg, which is now at the very bottom of the suggested mark. Some dudes prefer to stay right there as high as they can their free t w/out going "low" or crashed, worse yet, on shbg. Some don't care. But if sex matters to you you should. As that starts to go lower over time messes with most dudes, you start to feel tired, no libido, if it's too low too long. So, in all seriousness, unless your are comp level earning money and just need to build, build, build, you may very well be at "the" sweet spot for you.

Low shbg can impact sex drive? Wonder if that’s my issue. Even when my test is super high, my libido has always been meh. I can perform but interest/desire hasn’t been there in years

Indeed, it can and does for many. I blasted higher and harder than ever in my life last year, and an active healthy sex life with often multiple women, is a very big important part of my life for many many years. I was going like a champ, then all of a sudden. BAM. No drive. No desire. If/when we did go was not great by any means.

Only then did I deep dive and learned a ton on SHBG. It's being looked at more now than ever, with increasing popular demand for bodybuilding, shitfluencers, aas overall more popular in general with more humans pushing more limits than ever before. Back in the day it was often not a concern for the old schoolers. They didn't have time for sex, nor were the women (and boys too) as wild as they are today. Thanks internet and Darwin (monkey see monkey do, sort of literally in regard to what I'm speaking about lol). But it can and does impact many guys that way. I get tired too, lose interest in more than just banging, I don't even want to bang and clang the iron as much when too low either. Belive it or not, some of it plays into blood sugar with low shbg, causing a cascade of feel shitty things.

For reference mine was an 8 once I finally tested it. The only change I made in my blast at that time was to drop Proviron completely. Was taking 25mg twice a day in this blast, along with two 25mg Anavar per day (pharma) along side 60mg Test Prop, 60mgTren Ace, 60mg Mast Prop daily, then on Sunday and Wednesday I would pin 150mg Test E and 150mg Primo E as well. Sprinkled in .25 caber per week and .5mg Arimidex (Pfizer) Mon, Wed, Fri. 8 weeks later got labs done again SHBG was back up in the 20's and I was banging and clanging like an old champ again, weight room and bedroom.
 
Yea mine sits around 14-16. I know low shbg has been tied to insulin resistance and has been a good indicator of metabolic issues but my fast BG and insulin are fantastic. Shbg just sits low. Still interested in plenty of things but have just never had the “libido like a teen” feeling
