I just added DHB-c 300mg (100mg/mL, PSL) to my MENT-only 175mg cycle (50mg/mL, AA). Zero test/E2/DHT in my body right now although no shortage of 7a-mE2. I'm doing twice daily subQ injections of MENT so splitting the 3mL of DHB into 14 shots, diluted with MENT. Each injection is 0.25cc MENT + 0.23cc DHB so just under 0.5cc oil total. Only been six days but already looking harder and more vascular, so I think it is already beginning to kick in.
Zero PIP issues with subQ injections. But... this is definitely a highly inflammatory compound. Prior to starting DHB I was using MENT mixed with 5mg/0.17cc YK11 and it was completely painless, oil just disappeared into my lymphatics. Now with the DHB replacing YK, it goes in painless but I am getting significant redness/tenderness around the injection site after about 6-12 hours; it dissipates about 24 hours later, without any residual knots or lumps. Not a big deal as I rotate injection sites between lower flanks and love handles, and prefer to piss off my adipose rather than muscle. Guess it is legit DHB, and I can see why it is notorious for rising CRP on bloodwork. I have about a six week supply (two vials) of DHB at which point I'll be cutting the MENT back to a longer term cruise dose (anticipating 5-10mg, maybe less) and will replace DHB with low dose primo and/or masteron ie 200mg/week, as I think DHT derivatives are helpful since I have no natural DHT, and they do help a bit with estrogen control.
My goal in all this was a lean bulk. Tren would have been ideal but is not really an option for me being married, and I have some concerns about neurotoxicity... so that's why I chose DHB. I'm 54, 6'1", and so far weight has increased from 194 > 205 with heavy training (1+ hour of weightlifting daily, about 3-4 25 min sessions of low intensity cardio each week). All lean gains too as my pants are looser than before I started. Ancillaries on my max 25mg/day MENT dose are Ralox 30mg ED, Aromasin 8mg ED, plus DIM/I3C/CDG/P5P. This is my first cycle btw, previously had only used monotherapy with enclo. Decided to stop that and go the TRT route, then learned about MENT which has some advantages so wanted to give it a try. I will say, since starting it I have never felt better! No change in how I feel with the DHB as of yet.
To be fair the big disadvantage of MENT is the difficulty in managing estrogen, as the 7a-mE2 does not show on blood work, have to gauge AI use by how you feel. Finally think I got it in the sweet spot after a few weeks of experimentation and what I suspect was a bunk or majorly underdosed bottle of exemestane.
