Just brewed some injectable melatonin a few days ago with moderate success. So far I’ve ran it three nights.

Tuesday night- 1mg - improved sleep, woke up twice to piss
Wednesday night - 2mg - much improved sleep, only woke up once to piss
Thursday night - 3mg - about the same as the previous night

All three nights I’ve had a lot more dreams than normal and woken up much more well rested than I have all cycle. So it’s working great

Only problem, is that it started crashing within hours of bottling. This is my first time brewing anything in oil and I used 2% BA, 20% BB, and 60/40 MCT. I only heated it to approximately 130° F as I read melatonin degrades at higher temps.

I think batch #2 I’ll heat it to boiling and use 120% of the melatonin I need for the desired final concentration to make up for possible degradation.

Anyone with any experience brewing melatonin? Is BB the wrong solvent to use?

I take a 10mg Melatonin that dissolves under the tongue.
420mg Mag Glyc
200mg gummy
1/2 serving of Liquid Glycerol (puts the water in your muscles)
all before bed...... Sleep a full 7-8 hrs with only having
to get up to piss 1 maybe 2 times a night.... and its mostly in the AM.

Melatonin gives me nasty leg cramps, an hour after I take it. Even at low dose. Nasty calf cramps.

But its cool you made this. I wished it worked for me.

I’ve been taking 2g of taurine before bed with 2.5 mgs of melatonin and sleeping like a baby. Been doing this for about 2 months. This is the only thing that I have found to keep me asleep, especially when my anxiety flares up from PTSD.

Been using oral melatonin for year with good results. Added in glycine as it seems it supports better sleep by lowering core body temperature, increasing serotonin, and acting as an inhibitory neurotransmitter. Seems to be working, a couple other guys at the gym are doing the same
