Why not get real test..igf can be all over the place,if u wanna really test for hgh,do it & pin 10 iu im hours pre.

2.5-3 hrs after pin into the shoulder IM in the morning on an empty stomach if you want accuracy and consistency.

And this needs to be done with regular 3ml x 1” syringe, not a insulin syringe because the absorption rate of IM injection is twice the rate of subQ which has a peak saturation of 5-6hrs.
If you don’t do this, you’ll get a low test result

Love when I learn something new. I’d always used the subcutaneous and 3.5-4 hour window, but this got me to do some research. For the GH flush test (this), IM creates a more reliable and sharper spike. While a stomach sub-q injection will work, and you can track your own response batch to batch if done consistently, the peak is broader and harder to nail the exact timing. So IM is the way and much more comparable person to person
